From there it gets more complicated due to the many possible issues that might be causing this crash or failure to load.
Personally I would suggest removing all the mods/workshop items.
I would at least on it's first run also uncheck the DLC. Start with the Vanilla settings and go from there.
Add DLC once you confirm that there's no issue. Slowly add mods, roughly 5-10 at a time. This will make it easier to sort out if you run into the same issue again.
