Still no confirmed cause at the moment though...
For now, verify game files, update driver files and update bios on affected computers. Be sure to check for motherboard and device updates. Might be wise to clear steam cache as well as disable any overlays one might be using and turn off any background apps that might be running.
Are you using xmp or the extended xmp on your ram?
And is your bios set to uefi?
Check for other updates to components on your system. Also check that you have the latest windows management engine labeled as windows me update for your motherboard.
The hard locks seem to be related to something other than the game.
I've tried everything together with the Frontier support. Only underclocking works .. but it may be a faulty Intel CPU - im justing riding the warranty a bit longer :)
