This is generally more related to network traffic at the frontier sites. Can also be network traffic between your isp and the frontier sites. Not really an issue on your end.
You can do a few things to help though. begin by clearing the steam cache found in steam/settings/downloads. Then in steam/ingame change server browser pings to a higher number and test. if no improvement change it to a lower number and test.

Clearing your internet browser cache and cleaning up cookies and such can help also. Just simply run disk cleanup from windows tools.
