Boss achievement and Grand Slam

Hello together,

someone know how to get these achievements. I won a ladder race online but i dont get it... and in career mode i won the 3 grand tours in the same season but not with the same rider. it has to be the same rider? I am so thankful if someone could help me :-)

did you ever figure out the grand slam achievement also do you have the pantheon achievement? as i figure they work the same way just for different races
