Frozen sponsor

August 31st 2024 I got to choose sponsors as usual, but I could only choose Gillette and it said: Frozen sponsor.
A year later I still got one sponsor to choose from (still Gillette), but while the renew button is there, I can't push it. So basically my game is over?

Any help?

Hello,

We are still investigatying this issue. Apologies for the long delay. It appears you shouldn't have been able to renew this sponsor for your last season as it was turning obsolete at the end of the year and you got stuck there. Unfortunately,when we will come up with a fix, it is unlikely it'll be retroactive as a whole has past since the bug got triggered. :/

If you plan to start a new game with the same sponsor (I've read in one of your emails you were really fond of this partciluar sponsor), you can edit the following strings in your DB to extand the lifetime of the sponsor up to 2037.

DYN_sponsor_gene_i_contract_end
DYN_sponsor_value_i_year_max

Change these 2 lines for the sponsor you want to 2037, no more! If you try to go further, you'll trigger the bug once again.
