HOW TO CHOOSE THE GAME LANGUAGE

1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
2. Right click on Pro Cycling Manager 2018 and click Properties.
3. Click the tab LANGUAGE.

CHECK THAT PCM18 IS CORRECTLY INSTALLED

1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
2. Right click on Pro Cycling Manager 2018 and click Properties.
3. Click the tab LOCAL FILES and click VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES....

UPDATE WINDOWS 10

1. Click the Windows Start button and click Settings.
2. Click Update & Security.
3. Click the button Check for updates from Windows Update.

UPDATE THE DRIVER OF THE GRAPHICS CARD

AMD

Please update the driver of the AMD graphics card from:
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

NVIDIA

Please update the driver of the NVIDIA graphics card from:
http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us

TROUBLESHOOTER

1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
2. Right click on Pro Cycling Manager 2018 and click Properties.
3. Click the tab LOCAL FILES and click BROWSE LOCAL FILES....
4. Right click on the application PCM64 (PCM64.exe) > Troubleshoot compatibility.
5. Select Try recommended settings.

COMPATIBILITY MODE

1. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
2. Right click on Pro Cycling Manager 2018 and click Properties.
3. Click the tab LOCAL FILES and click BROWSE LOCAL FILES....
4. Right click on the application PCM64 (PCM64.exe) > Properties.
5. Click the tab Compatibility.
6. Check Run this program in compatibility mode for.
7. Select Windows 7 or Windows 8.
8. Click OK.

GAME CRASHING ON STARTUP

1. Open Windows Explorer or File Explorer from the taskbar.
2. Open the Local Disk (C:).
3. Open the folder Users then the folder of your Windows username.
4. Open the folder AppData (*) > Roaming and rename the folder Pro Cycling Manager 2018.
5. Run Steam and click LIBRARY.
6. Right click on Pro Cycling Manager 2018 and click Properties.
7. Click UPDATES tab then uncheck Enable Steam Cloud synchronization for Pro Cycling Manager 2018 and click CLOSE.
8. Run PCM18.

(*) The AppData folder is a hidden folder by default. To view this folder:

WINDOWS 7
- Open Windows Explorer from the taskbar.
- Click Organize > Folder and search options.
- Click the tab View and check Show hidden files, folders and drives under Hidden files and folders from Advanced Settings.
- Click OK.

WINDOWS 8/10
- Open File Explorer from the taskbar.
- Click the tab View and check Hidden items.

ERROR 0XC000007B ON STARTUP

Please update or repair Microsoft DirectX:

1. Click https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=35
2. Click Download button.
3. Uncheck all under Microsoft recommends and click No thanks and continue button.
4. Save then run dxwebsetup.exe application.

HOW TO RESTORE A SAVEGAME

Pro Cycling Manager 18 performs automatically a backup of your savegames which are located in the WeeklySaves folder.

1. Open Windows Explorer or File Explorer from the taskbar.
2. Open Documents.
3. Open Pro Cycling Manager 2018 folder > WeeklySaves.
4. Open your player profile folder.
5. Copy the most recent WeeklySave then go back to Pro Cycling Manager 2018 folder.
6. Open Cloud folder then your player profile folder.
7. Delete the corrupted savegame then paste your WeeklySave and run PCM18.

HOW TO REPORT A PROBLEM TO THE TECHNICAL SUPPORT

To report a technical issue or a crash to the Technical Support team for investigation with the PCM QA team:

A. PROVIDE A SYSTEM INFORMATION REPORT:

1. Press the keys Windows Start (bottom left) and 'R' from the keyboard to open the Run dialog box and type: MSINFO32
2. Click OK.
3. Click System Summary (upper left).
4. Click File then Export....
5. Enter a file name (from File name:) and save the file.
6. Close System Information.
7. Right click on the file and click Send To > Compressed (zipped) folder.

B. PROVIDE THE GAME LOG (FILE 'PRO CYCLING MANAGER 2018.LOG'):

1. Open Windows Explorer or File Explorer from the taskba
2. Open Documents.
3. Open Pro Cycling Manager 2018 folder.
