Game keeps crashing/freezing
I've been playing for the last week or so and have problems often with the game freezing completely during a race, often just before the finish (5km and 2km etc.) I've been trying different solutions like running the game as an administrator and launching the game with windows 8 compatibility. Both of these seem to do no difference since my game just crashed again twice at the 2km mark both tries. I don't know if it's just the race I'm running or whatever, but it's happened during a variety of different races in the game. I'm playing the pro cyclist mode if that tells anything about my problem.

Same here, admin mode and compatibility does nothing, 2 crashes in no time near the finish all the time. Especially when I'm going to win XD

Admin mode and compatibility doesn't stay after launching the game. I mean, I set these options, run the game and next time I run it (checked in options) no more admin mode or anything.

I think i figured it out. just make it so that ur game ALWAYS runs it through windows 8 compatibility on all users and still run in administrator. Or try to run a troubleshooting tool in the properties and choose "use recommended settings" or whatever it says. I think that's what I did yesterday, and had no crash afterwards

I tried but game still crashes. Now it's the second time it did in the last 50km og the same race so basically I can't play beacause of that.

4 tests all with compatibility and admin and in the four I can't reach the finish before it crashes. The closer I went was 15km to the line. It's the stage 13 of the giro with the variant pack

What race is it? I have had some races where nothing helped so I just simulated the race/stage and went on from there. I don't know if some stages are just bugged or what is going on

It"s Ferrara- Nervesa della Battaglia.
Son't want to simulate, don't trust this feature, on this race I got the chance to get closer from the 1st

I'm starting to have problems with loading races now aswell. It just freezes in loading the stage at either generating sprints or whatever else stage of the loading.
