Crashing at launch or during a race - Outdated Nvidia drivers on Windows 10
Hello everyone,

Some of you have been experiencing crashes when launching the game or during races.
It appeared that outdated Nvidia drivers (2016) on Windows 10 operating systems are triggering crashes.

Please look for the latest drivers for your graphic card on Windows 10 here[www.nvidia.com] and update your Nvidia driver to the most recent version.

Important: please note that PCM18 does not support 32-bit Windows versions. You will only be able to run the game on a 64-bit system.

If you're still experiencing recurrent crashes at launch or in-race crashes, please make sure to send the crash report with your Dxdiag information every time and don't hesitate to let us know here.

As a general guideline, should you experience any issue with the game, please make sure your drivers are up-to-date before reporting the issue.

drivers updates still crashing with compatibility and admin mode

Hi. I'm experiencing frequent crashes during a race. This for PCM2018 and PCM2019. I've sent you the Dxdiag almost every time. Please contact me if you can't find them.

All my drivers are up to date

yes my drivers are also update but the game stll crash

Hi, I can not even start a race and some times I can not charge an existing career or see the options configuration either. The game crashes all the time. Some special characters are also unreadable; for example í, é, á, ñ ... Instead o that characters appear some strange characters.
I have Windows 64 bit version and the drivers updated, but when game crashes it said that they are not up-to-date. I have the same problem with PCM 2017 and PCM 2018.
I was wondering about buying the PCM 2020 but first I need to solve this problem.
How can I send you the error images or Dxdiags? If they are necesary.
