After 30 tries in a row at various speed, I did not reproduced your issue.

Please, also, provide us with a Microsoft DirectX Diagnostic Tool report and the game log to the technical support:

A. How to generate a DirectX Diagnostic Tool report (DxDiag.txt file):

1. Press the keys Windows and R from the keyboard to open the Run dialog box and type: DXDIAG
2. Click OK.
3. If your computer has a 64-bit version of Windows, click Run 64-bit DxDiag button.
4. If your computer is running a 32-bit version of Windows, that button will not be available.
5. Click Save All Information... button.
6. Save the DxDiag.txt file and close the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

B. How to find the game log (Pro Cycling Manager 201.log file):

1. Open Windows Explorer or File Explorer from the taskbar.
2. Open Documents > Pro Cycling Manager 2018.

C. Post it here or send in attachment the DxDiag.txt and Pro Cycling Manager 2018.log files to:
support@focus-home.com

I think it's probably not reproducible for every PC. Just some. But I tried both of my PCs and both will crash after these:
Open a new career with PCM version 1.0.3.0, default DB & AG2R team (AG2R has 5 leaders in default DB). --> Choose "Team" then choose "Objective". --> Then just switch between leaders.. --> crash

I've send my save file/PCM log file/DXDiag file to support@focus-home.com. (My email is z1stp@sina.com)

Hello, thank you for the files.

Looks like there is an issue on your side - I loaded without crashing.

I transfer your files to the devs to get a solution for you.
Also, it seems that some players are launching the game as administrators and windows 8 compatibility.

Not sure if it can solve your issue, as it is for some freezing issue, but you can try and tell us if it is still the same crash.
