How do you level the Chillbrae weapon shop?
I've been stuck on this achievement for a long time; how exactly do you level the weapon shop up? Do you sell weapon/armor materials to them?

Yes. Sell them sword, shield and helmet materials.

Thanks; for some reason I wasn't getting the dialogue option that popped up to actually give him the materials, he only did his normal greeting then buy or sell which doesn't work.
