So far I've found:
-badass badge
-dumbass badge
-fireproof badge
-cleanfreak badge
-blacksmith badge
-observation badge
-regeneration badge
-♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ badge

What other badges am I missing?

Also, unrelated to the topic, but what do those colored scrolls exactly do?

I do not believe that is all the badges. I found one called the air badge that says it stops grudge from increasing.

Do you still remember where you get all the badge? I'm pretty much finished the game, except the golden badge, the only badge I have are badass, cleanfreak, and blacksmith.

The list is not complete, you can drop one badge from the golden mimic who increase the number of chest cou can found in dungeon.

Dumbass badge at Profundum Trench(sea area)
Badass badge at Encore Watt ruins?
Stochastic badge, gold chests/mimics
Observation badge desert?
Air badge at mountain before abyss
Regen badge at forest ruins
Blacksmith badge at volcano

Is what I ended up writing down when I was playing the game, I think I got fireproof, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and cleanfreak badges too but didn't actually write down where I got them. The badges will respawn in the original location if you aren't carrying one with you.

Also I haven't actually tested it but blacksmith badge should sometimes upgrade your low-tier items to better ones if you are on fire with the necessary items.

Blicksmith might be when you get that gold stuff from breaking ♥♥♥♥♥♥ weapons. Or it's required for that normal sword quest adding an element to it?

regeneration badge is devouring my AP bar. I took it out of storage, and watched my bar drop to around 40 percent.
Don't know if it's a bug, or a typo in the item description, but figured I'd give a heads up.
