Totory Unpopular Shop Achievement
I need help, don't know what I have to do to get this achievement! D:

Do I need to Get High Grudge Level? I'm stuck on grudge level 18... I tried killing and bothering a lot of npcs... but it just stopped raising... :/

I don't rember exactly what that achievement was about but do you have the Air badge? It stops grudge from increasing.
Also I think it was around around grudge level 30 that most shops start throwing you out and such.
