Is it running normally when there's nothing moving in the background ? (like grass tiles, enemies, falling chests, flowing water)
We've already informed the dev about this, i might record a little video to show him what this is all about. It's not really slow-motion, but it's like you lose some game speed because of moving things in the game area.

Just got the game today. Running pretty slow but like itts a slow motion mode. Any fixes?

For some reason my game is running extremely slowly, even though I have other games that require better specs for some reason this game in particular is running slowly.

Have you tried playing in full screen ?
I've seen that it help for me.

Me and a friend were having the slow-mo problem as well, dropping the screen multiplier down to at least x2 instead of the x5 I had it at helped a ton. I've seen people saying fullscreen and closing other programs helps, but I've actually had the slow-mo get worse in fullscreen, so I exclusively run the game in windowed mode now. Hope this helps out, just fiddle with the settings until something clicks seems to be the solution for now.

yeah change the map rendering then its playable on every wooden PC including tabloids..

I'm also having this issue on my laptop. Changing to full screen didn't help, and changing the map rendering didn't help either. Runs fine on my desktop though.

Screen multiplier? Also, I'm having the same problem, closing background apps and changing map rendering to 08 did not help.

Any community fix yet or word if the devs have recreated it. I play on a tv monitor if that matters it usually doesn't

I have the same problem, it worked very slowly for me. How is it possible that my computer can run 3D games with great requirements without any problems but a game that looks like NES can't run it? =S
Do they plan to make a patch to solve this problem?
