Devs need money y'know so the closest you'll be getting to free is a sale

The dev himself already released a free version... however, it's missing a bit of content that the Steam version has as it was released much earlier. He also released a level editor in Japanese.

Also... When is this game not discounted 30% It'a been on discount more often than not. That'a just unfair to the customers that buy it at full price, make the price 30% less then.
