I'm trying to level up the Chillbrae weapon shop, but the dialogue for handing over your euqipment materials won't pop up. Does anybody know what's keeping the shop owner from taking my materials? To be sure: I currently have a high grudge level, but that doesn't seem to deter any other shop keepers from taking my materials. Plus, the man talks normally to me, so I don't think it's my grudge level.

[Edit] Oh wait, maybe it is the grudge level after all. I just noticed he only sells ♥♥♥♥♥♥ equips, which I believe he only does when he's got a grudge. (Would still appreciate if somebody could confirm though.)
