This seems to be the only instance in the game of killing NPCs having a negative outcome. I was led up to this point to believe that it would have no bearing on the way people treat me, but now no shopkeepers will buy or sell me stuff. Is there some way to reverse that after killing the villagers? It's weird they do that, even though the characters all respawn after coming back to that screen, and characters even in towns far away will hate me. I have a save from before doing this, but I'm wondering if I should try doing this last, and if it's irreversible.
