How to do Crazy dash with Keyboard?

can anybody help me how to crazy dash with keyboard?

1. Stop accelerating.
2. Shift into Reverse.
3. Shift into Drive and immediately (a frame after that) press the Throttle.

It takes some practice. Use the minigames until you get the hang of it, but most of the times I still fail :P

so it is E > S > D
or is it:
E > shift + S > shift D > E?
everyone keeps saying ';shift' to reverse then drive so by this do you mean use the SHIFT keyboard button or merely go from E to S to D???
not at all clear :(
