Stream-safe Crazy Taxi-like music alternatives
Two of the replacement music tracks in this Steam version have been flagged by YouTube in videos of the game that I've uploaded there--so far.

To do this I used Audacity (mp3 to wav conversion, default settings) and AdxEncoder.exe from the ADX Tools for Windows pack (wav to adx conversion, default settings), downloadable from a link in this tutorial: https://gamebanana.com/tuts/13184

Then you just put the tracks in the game's music folder

Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ steamapps \ common \ Crazy Taxi \ SoundData \ music_adx

and rename them to the file names of the tracks you replaced. : )

Made a new fully public domain soundtrack replacing Sega's default replacement music, whose remaining tracks were triggering more copyright claims on YouTube. : P Track listing below. Kept Sega's menu and character select tracks, which don't appear to have copyright issues--those are music files name_loop.adx and The_Chase.adx, respectively. Still centering around a Crazy-Taxi-ish punk or whatever sound, but with maybe a little more tonal variety here and there--the bit from Gorillaz in that one SUPERARE track stands out, for instance.
