Thanks, but is it possible to play at 120fps without disabling vsync? I'd rather play at 60 with vsync than 120 without, since I don't like stuttering and screen tearing.

Not sure

v-sync locks your frames to the refresh rate of your monitor , if you want more than 60 fps while having v-sync enabled you will need a monitor with a higher refresh rate

My monitor is 120hz, hence me wanting 120fps. Goes without being said I think.

All I did to unlock the framerate while keeping vsync on was go into the Properties for CrashBandicootNSaneTrilogy.exe and go to its "Compatibility" tab and check the "Disable Fullscreen Optimizations" box. That was it and it works now at 144fps with vsync so it sticks to 144 the entire time. It is really nice now.

I have vsync disabled in-game as I have a G-Sync monitor. I have vsync forced to ON in the Nvidia Control Panel to keep it from going over my monitor's refresh rate btw.
