Steam Deck verified, but can't run on any version of Linux
Update: I did manage to get it working on Pop OS after trying every conceivable option including lowering the refresh rate. It turns out that on my PC with an RTX 3070 Proton 4.2-9 worked. I still had to fudge around with the resolution because it launched in a fixed window and I could barely see enough of the menus to change it to 1080p.

I don't know if this game is working for anyone on Linux, but I have tried 5 distros with zero luck. It starts and I can hear it, but no video! Tried every version of Proton and just nothing works.

When will linuxbro's finally understand that "steam deck verified" doesn't mean it will work on their own distro with a myriad of different HW configs.

What a phenomenally useless comment. What drives someone to mock people who are trying to use a different system than you?

The irony of someone with the most closed mind making fun of someone not learning.
It works on my Debian Trixie (Testing) installation. You might be missing some drivers or something.

It works for me, although I put Proton v9 in compatibility instead of the recommended Proton Hotfix. Which is something I've been doing for a few weeks/month already since the release of Proton 10, but that probably has more to do with me being in Debian Bookworm and thus behind in some updates than for the games themselves.
