Game not Launching
i played for half an hour, 7 days ago. Today i try to run it and the game pops up just to after 2 seconds it doest launch and back to steam. Any help?

Same, 7600x, 7900 GRE :(
on the troubleshooting guide shoryuken777 posted it says:
"game shows black screen on starting
1) reinstall Microsoft Net Framework 4.7.2"
For the life of me I can't figure out how to uninstall and reinstall .NET Framework.
