It's free... Why are you complaining and trying to compare it to a game that is backed by a company with a lot of money and another one that has been in development for almost, if not already, 30 years?

NoLimits is basically just a more complicated version of UCX's coaster builder. Planet Coaster's coaster builder is easier but the coaster ends out being awfully rough. FVD's coaster builder is even more complicated. However I will admit it is hard at first to build in UCX. I'd recommend reading the help section at the top of the screen in UCX. It helped me a lot when I was learning the game. Hope this is useful.
