all settings i can find are on HIGH.
the small version of their shield emblem looks like the atual resolution, and the larger in the UI like it is stretched. It just looks unprofessional.
This guy's video talked about this phenomenon too:

The portraits and some shields and UI elements just look crappy, like low resolution versions were never properly upscaled or higher resolutions weren't used as the base material.

or lower resolution a bit to see if anything changes. i'm sorry I can't help you further
128x128 are the large sizes and they are blocky, very blocky.
What's there to report, that the art lead didn't do her job? Meh. Anyone can see the issue.
It gets rid of the pixelation and looks so much better to me. But is nowhere near what a real professional operation should have done. But again ny source material is total ♥♥♥♥.
But i can go with the look of miniature oil portraits of my knights and ladies
The shield emblem crap though.... Idk i may just live with that.
Ugh i cant understand why they have this middle school completely unprofessional level of art quality in the game.
