Yes there is, but you are about to run into a disgusting mess of thousands of portraits (with tons of repeats for no apparent reason) done in a completely disorganized way that is mess to untangle. I modded the game's portraits for myself and am about halfway through them, but damn is it difficult work.
And the scale for the portraits is very small and leaves little to work with, so unless you are planning to create brand new thousands of portraits (AI perhaps??) modifying what they already have in game is depressing- whoever did the final filters on the "artwork" ruined the underlying materials with filters that emphasis introducing linear artifacts because they thought it would make the too small portraits more "clear."
Ugh, it is so completely unprofessionally done.
