Hey folks,

We appreciate all of the help in reporting bugs and problems you encounter in the game.

To make sure we have all the information we need, please include a screenshot or a video of the problem whenever possible.

If the bug results in a crash, please include the game's output log:

If you're on Windows, to send us the log, go to the installation folder and copy this file:

- In the installation folder (typically on windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common)
- Monster Prom -> MonsterProm_Data -> outputlog.txt

If you're on a Mac, you should look here:

~/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log

It may be a little tricky to access because the Library folder is not visible in the Finder by default. To access it easily, click once on your desktop (or open Finder), then choose Go/Go To Folder from the main menu or use the ⇧⌘G shortcut. Then enter: ~/Library/Logs/Unity and Player.log should be there.

Please upload it to a site like pastebin[pastebin.com] or send it over at monsterpromreports@gmail.com and make sure you link the thread with the report in the mail.

In any case, we are constantly checking these forums, our Discord Channel http://discord.gg/monsterprom and emails for issues with the game. If we haven't replied to your thread it doesn't mean we're not aware of the issue.

UPDATE: The report email has now been changed to monsterpromreports@gmail.com.
Please direct all bug reports there.
