Workshop levels not working on steam deck?

The workshop levels aren't downloading or showing up on steam deck when I subscribe to them. I've tried restarting game, the system, unsubscribing and resubscribing, Uninstalling and reinstalling the full game. Anyone know a fix or workaround?

I'll take a look when I get a chance, but it may just be a Steam Deck bug (?) - can you try reporting this to Valve too?

i got it to work, had to switch to proton ge. might also work with proton experimental
