Question about ranked multiplayer.
Can you party up with friends for ranked? How exactly does the multiplayer work?

Yes! The host's [hidden, internal] ELO is used for the matchmaking. You can queue up with up to 3 friends (4 or more will disable matchmaking, to prevent bad experiences). You can have even more join your party as spectators, if you want!
