if you overwrote your original save and didn't make any backups there isn't a way to do that no.
use a save from prior to the dlc, they are all dated and timed

That's not what OP's issue was, they can't access their original save due to it containing DLC content, content they've disabled because they wanted to go through the campaign without said content.

Cant roll back its 'IN' your save. Best you can do at this point is use delayed deadlines mod and permanently delay any future content. This will not remove any weapons or starmap content however. Would have to use restraint in mechlab for the weapons and cant do anything about the last.

Or start over once disabling all DLC via steam.
so i figured it out
you need to delete the current save file and load a steam cloud load from before you "dlc locked" your save

first deleting the current save
> go to c:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\MW5Mercs\Saved\SaveGames
> delete the folder with the save file you want to restore (you will replace it with the correct one)
> then using this link https://steamhost.cn/account/remotestorageapp/?appid=784080
>download the file from before you used the dlc and locked your save
>then paste it in c:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\MW5Mercs\Saved\SaveGames\<folder of same file name> (example "AA4EF575499BCFF314A83C8F872CC8F7")

this is what worked for me you do need steam cloud backups on tho
