Playing realistic mode. Have an old mod with small harbours. But there are no small steam ships on the market. There are small modded ships for later periods, but no for early start. Ships are only possible transport for an island.

Yes early start feels unpolished and unfinished. From lacking assets (no ships, not enough free DOs) to mistaken details (like the Brandenburg Gate being on West Berlin into the GDR map or Leningrad being called St. Petersburg) it really feels lacking.

The East Germany map isn't part of the Early Start DLC...
