I am playing the early start DLC and want to start building railway tracks before my city is done. Importing workers, the track bulder and the required materials for building tracks is one thing, but how do I get water into my Rail Construction Office? The infrastructure for water doesnt exist yet, any way to get water into the RCO with a technical office?
I am not talking about water supply for the workers, but water supply for the Track Builder, since it needs water and coal...
