but i think you mean a button for just placing roads and not having them built....
if you didnt know you can suspend construction on any road or building by pressing suspend construction on the top left of its tab.
Also you can suspend demolisions of roads... which blocks paths... so you can efficeintly settle with services a town of residences..... without activating them before the services are in
I hate having to click on every road and disable it for future use.
I think i know what you mean. an extra button on the Construction Bar

Or maybe just a disable Construction tool clicker instead of having to click and go into each and every tab.

I hate lying down a wood rail network and accedently building it when I want to upgrade to concrete or electric. Same thing
