Greetings from The Red Sea Republic of Arabic Map!

I have made an observation. My university is well-staffed and there are more open spots for students than there are students, the ratio of teachers is more often than not 3 teachers for 1 student, as should the situation be in every glorious socialist republic.

However, I have noticed something curious happening: Majority of the time, citizens graduate into university educated level of 2.00 "Education Level". However, there are few rare cases in which the citizen reaches Education Level 1.99 and then doesn't go to university anymore, instead goes into workforce pool, functionally being no different from Education Level 1.00 citizen.

I think there must be some oversight in citizen's AI for considering when it considers itself educated. Probably rounding error; I'm assuming under certain conditions, citizen reaches education level 1.999, but the AI only considers 2 decimals when checking if the citizen has reached university level education, thus it rounds the 1.999 into 2.00, but the code checking if citizen is university educated considers 3 decimals (even though the UI only shows 2 decimals) and sees the citizen basically as 1.00 education level. This leads to very rare cases of citizens stopping going to the university, just when they are at the very margin of graduating.

Could you take a look into this? I have reached pinnacle perfection with my republic, the only glaring problem I have is that I cannot push past 99.8% amount of citizens being university educated because of this issue.

If it is not a problem with the game, I am willing to accept accountability as the General Secretary of the Red Sea Republic for failing the education of my citizens.
