Curser Bug

If i start/load a game without beeing online (on Steam etc.) the curser (mouse middle button) is not working to move around the map. So i can scroll in and out, but not left or right. If i start the game at home in my wifi and be online its working (most of the time).

Its also not working if i try to to this in a populatet area. Somewhere in the nowhere its working. Sometimes it need 10 seconds time that the cursor is moving.

Someone got a solution for this?

Thats most likely on some background application that freaks out when there is no internet or when CPU is significantly occupied. Could be something like antivirus or HUB software for input devices etc. Try disabling them while playing.

Also in the past the game had issues with touchpad drivers, so if you are using mouse you could make sure touchpad is turned off when its plugged in. And ofc could also try rebinding the key to something else.
