City names stuck on french
Hi, i played one game on the France map, and now all cities i create get assigned names from the french names list. I can't figure out for the life of me how to change it.

I tried playing other dlc maps to no avail.

verifying game files seems to have fixed it, i changed nothing i assume it was an issue after a crash or something.

Update on the bug: This bug occurs at the same time as the resources prices bug in 1930 starts: upon reloading.
