After saving and reloading a savefile the mission doesnt recognise an already finished building as built in the top-center notes, but it does however make a tick in the sidebar for missions

the particular mission is the one to extract Oil in the 2nd campaign, it asks me to build an in/out building for liquids but doesnt accept the already finished building

at the time i saved the 250 ton storage requirment was not fulfilled but once i stored 250 tons it did accept that both in the notes and sidebar

any idea how to fix this or skip the step in the mission?
