mine works as well, OP how do you go about retrieving the concrete from customs?

It should either be a direct line via truck, or by configuration of your construction office to specify the customs office as source for concrete. That and you would need to use concrete mixer trucks to get it, obviously.

I think what he is doing is he is checking the price of concrete at Custom House...
Those are SELLING prices. Asphalt and Concrete are not for sale, therefore there is no price listed. Simple as that.
