Train Not Refueling at Coal station EVEN THOUGH IT IS IN THE COALING STATION
As the title says. The station has power and coal. The steam engine refuses to partake of the precious mineral and it's holding up the rest of the line. See image and please prove me wrong.

Looks like it is missing water

Not running the game with water turned on. It's not an issue for other locomotives.
