Hello.. try verify files first.. but it seems you may have subscribed to any mods which crashing the game.. did this appear when you start new game also? In case yes.. you can go to main menu::workshop::subscribed items and hit checkbox disable all subscribed items then retry.. in case now works.. you can maybe enable subscribed back.. and use [x] activate only used items... this will activate only items which you already using in your game and works...

Hi Peter and the team, I check regularly before playing. This happens even in the course of a young leader's campaign, sometimes in the middle of a game . It's not critical =) It's critical, this passenger ship should be loaded manually, you can add "wait for full loading", otherwise they come (in Russia, ships sail, not sail!=)),) 5 people out of 100....
