The bug occurs after pressing the green button to save.
This is how it looks for me....
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3513886964
the previously set repair value of 40% changes back to the 50% level BUT if you look where the red arrow is pointing to, you will see the entire column of vehicles keeping the 40% value that was previously set.
BUT, all new vehicles will then use the reset value of 50% again, not the previously set value of 40%.
Indeed it was pressed and then looked as it should when accepted at that level of 40%. There it remains.
Game session ended and then reloading the game and then the save and the 40% previously accepted is now 50%

When reloaded back to 50%............

Values other than the default 50% are not saved when the game is reloaded, for me.
I am using the latest test build of the game.
A feature with inconvenient way of working it is, but not a bug.
Like previously said
So, with this option you can just set value for a list of vehicles, formed by the filters, once.
Actually, I'd like to have some value set for every vehicle by default (for new vehicles as well). But this works as it does...
Maybe devs will eventually make it more convenient, like having another option as default value for every new vehicle.
When the game reloads a save it remembers everything else: whether you set active construction or no, how many workers without C.O for construction, it remembers everything. What a silly thing to write.
IIRC it was working as expected at one point, at least that is how I am remembering it.
As it is, it is not doing that any more, and it is difficult to micromanage.
With that in mind, good point, it is probably working as intended, not always as expected.
Indeed if the value is set to 20%, then new vehicles made are set to 50%.
