The game does not start.

As described above, the game no longer starts. It doesn't work with mods or even after deleting the mod folder. I've also checked the files for errors. I've been having this problem for a while. Yesterday, I installed an update and was able to play for a day, but today the game won't start again. When I click "Play", the game tries to start but doesn't even reach the initial settings screen that usually appears at the beginning. Does anyone have a solution for how I can fix this?

Try to start the game directly by clicking on the SOVIET64.exe in the SovietRepublic folder.
I think a new patch is coming to the public version, but you might be able to get it now if you switch to the test beta.

- Disable or check if antivirus isnt blocking it.
- Try running the game directly by soviet.exe (directx 11) or soviet64.exe (dx12) - you can find those in "browse local files" menu on steam. If it helps there are ways to make steam launch it like that always on steam.
- Could also be something with GPU drivers, geforce experiance or the like.... could also try re-installing them.

That said its all throwing stuff in the darkness, never seen such issue personally.

The direct launch via Soviet64 does work—no idea what the issue is. Launching it through Steam doesn't work at all anymore. Well, at least I can play now, thanks for the help.
