Allow Early Start for Custom Maps
I am unable to update many of my 60+ maps to allow the early start setting to work for subscribers. Currently, they have to delete the settinglock.ini file in the map to make the early start work.

Are there plans to fix this?

That settinglock.ini comes haunted again after few updates ago, just almost empty file, but problems for peoples need manually delete it.

Same thing seems to apply to self made maps. Quite annoying
