Empty Settings Menu

When I open up the settings menu, all I see is the character on screen without any settings or options.

Linux: Delete the following file:

~/.config/unity3d/Hathos Interactive, LLC/Clawface/prefs

MacOS: Delete the following file:

~/Library/Preferences/unity.Hathos Interactive, LLC.Clawface.plist

Windows: Remove the Registry entry at the following location:

HKCU\Software\Hathos Interactive, LLC\Clawface

This should be fixed in the next patch.

I believe this bug was caused by timing issues in our menu system. I think we've patched it in the beta branch and will push it to the main release in our next update. I'd recommend trying the beta branch for now and seeing if that solves the menu issues. If not, please let us know so we can investigate further.

how do i do that?

The beta can be accessed by right-clicking on "Clawface" in your library (the list on the left) and selecting Properties. Then, selecting the Betas tab where you can choose which beta you want to use (if any).

Hmm.. I must apologize as I believed that the beta branch had that fix. We're working on pushing some fixes out by this Thursday (March 29, 2018). The hidden menu bug (which I believe is causing the missing Settings Menu, among other issues) should be fixed in that patch.

I mean, it's no big deal honestly. I'm a big fan of your game and just wanted to say that feature of the game wasn't working :P Great game you've created here :D
