Hello! Could we perhaps get some information concerning your system? What platform (Mac/PC/Linux), Video Card etc. Also, is this when loading say, a specific level, or a menu?

on PC and loading the first level. Video card: Intel(R) G45/G43 Express Chipset (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1)

I believe this was the common loading problem we had where the game was attempting to load more shaders than it needed to. We believe we patched that bug and it should be fixed in the next build we push.

The game should still work in the meantime. Your chipset is low-end so it may take a couple minutes to actually load due to how much work the game is requesting be done. Again, this should be fixed in the next release.
