Great Game.. just one question
I think I played everything.. but I don’t know and the top hasn’t unlocked.. HOW can I tell which levels I have played?..

The main path is strictly linear, you can't move on until you beat the previous levels. You may need to scroll back and do the bonus levels, though. There's four sets and they don't appear until you beat a particular level (for the first set, it's level 16 and so on). You can tell which bonus levels you've finished because they'll have a green border.

it was the green border that i missed.. I played through all levels and only one was still white.
