I'm afraid AR will continue to only be available on the native Quest version of the game.

Just in case, If you have "Virtual Desktop" on the Quest, you can use the "passthrough mode" option (White color -> use 10% similarity and 0% smoothness)

Both hand tracking and MR are now available natively for any game on Steam VR, as long as the developer uses the Oculus SDK. I was able to play FingFing on Steam VR with both hand tracking and MR (using link cable PCVR on my Quest 3).

Hey FastLawyer - I saw that this was possible now as well, although afaik it only works if a player has the Oculus OpenXR runtime enables, but not if a player has the SteamVR OpenXR runtime enabled.
I'm afraid I don't have plans on supporting this in the Steam version yet at this point. Since they are not features that would universally work regardless of headset and runtime, I don't want to give the wrong impression that they're part of the Steam version of the game.
