Hi, thank you for reporting this. To get the achievement you have to ungrow your weapon before leaving the first level. Could you confirm that you haven't gone into first whirlpool with a weapon?

I have always removed the first weapon before entering the whirlpool and recently even before killing the first enemy of the first lvl. (I hope that helps, I sadly don't currently have any footage of any gameplay.)

Thank you for the details! Very peculiar that this doesn't work, I remember testing this issue few months ago. Will check again and let you know how it works out.

Hey Dragost, I've just checked if the achievement is registered and it seems it does register correctly. What Operating System are you playing on? Do other achievements register correctly? Have you done something weird during your playthrough - maybe you saved/loaded the game?

sorry for the late response I was busy with work. All other achievements registered correctly and I didn't save or load at all. My pc runs windows 10 pro and has a 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
