Spyware?
From the third-party EULA you have to agree to when purchasing this game;

Isn't this a plain old confession that this is or will become spyware? Illegal in the EU to boot, as a click-through EULA is not meaningful consent under GDPR and you're talking about PII.

The game looks interesting, but third party EULAs in general make me suspicious (the Steam terms protect your rights as a dev just fine), and when you literally say you "shall have the right", sounding like at some point the game stops working if you block its internet connection, it sets of klaxons.

Maybe this is a mistake and/or some overzealous lawyers from you or your distributor, and you can just remove the EULA or this section of it? I'll not buy the game until this is done and recommend everyone else stay away too.

Hello,
Thank you for raising your concerns over this. Indeed it is unnecessarily enabling on our end. We will update it and let you know.

Hey, Dominas? That's pretty awesome of you. A lot of people wouldn't have done that. I, at least, very much appreciate you.

I do, or at least skim through it. Even if it takes an hour
