I can't buy in the shop
I enter the shop and i go to see the item, but i can't see any window to buy or something, just nothing

If you have a high resolution such as 2k or 4k you'll experience problems with the UI. They're aware of this problem so hopefully it'll be fixed soon.

Sorry to hear that you are having this issue - in line with the reply from DynamicXYZ, are you able to try to go into windowed mode and retest?

I tested into Windowed but doesn't work. I have to put a less resolution and then works, but isn't optimum. Please fix it soon! Regards and thank you!

I am having the same problem but resolution and windowed mode doesn't seem to make a difference.

We have been talking to the team about this problem and they asked if it's just one shop your having the problem with and if so which one? Or is it all the shops?

Uhh I'm just using a Vizio TV as a monitor, in 1360x768, and if you're gonna ask about the shops, I only know that I can buy stuff from Sally and that is it. I don't know how many other people you can buy stuff off of, so I don't know what all I am missing other than the main shop.

Thank you for getting back to us and confirming those details.

We are speaking to the team regarding this problem and they have asked us to ask if you could send us a screenshot/video of the problem?

They have also provided steps when inside moss's shop:

1. Go to Moss the Giraffe's shop
2. Find an item you would like to buy
3. Move your character to face the item
4. Press 'E' on your keyboard
5. Click the 'Buy' button
6. Use your mouse, the 'A' and 'D' keys, or the Left and Right arrow keys to select how many items you would like to buy
7. Click the 'Buy' button and the items should appear in your backpack

Hello,

Thank you for getting back to us and for attaching the video.

Can you please just confirm that was your character in the video?

After speaking with the team they have asked me if you could please send your save file so they can see what has caused this problem.

To find your saved files please follow this path: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Wonderscope\Hokko Life\SaveData.

Once we have the files the team will investigate this further.

Well, not at this moment, no. There are a lot of files in that folder, I don't know what specifically you are looking for out of like 50 files, and I wouldn't know how to attach them. Unless you can provide specificity and instructions, I got nothing.

But that is definitely my character.

Well, you can just send the SaveData or the 01 folders

If you are able to locate the the SaveData or 01 Folders that @Pennox has mentioned above in the location previously provided (C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Wonderscope\Hokko Life\SaveData) and pop them over here[support.team17.com], then we can pass these over to the team to take a closer look.
