Erreur de lancement
Bonjour, lorsque j'essaie de lancer le jeux, j'ai un code d'erreur 51. J'ai déjà regarder si des logiciels pourraient empêcher le lancement et ça n'a pas fonctionné. Je n'ai jamais eu ce problème avec un autre jeux Steam. Pouvez-vous m'aider ?

Sorry to hear that this is happening - would it be possible to see your system information so that we can try to help? To do this:
  1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R, the Run dialogue should appear > Type dxdiag in the available text field > Click OK
  2. Click Save All Information > Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find
  3. Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as http://justpaste.it, http://textuploader.com or http://freetexthost.com
  4. Copy the link to your post

Hey ELLIPSE,

Thanks for sharing that with us.

It looks like your graphics drivers are currently out of date, could you please download and install the latest drivers for your GTX 1050 card?

To do this please go to the Nvidia webpage via the below link and follow the instructions.

Please also try verifying your game files:
  1. Right-click the game in your library
  2. Go to 'Properties'
  3. Go to the local files tab
  4. Click 'Verify integrity of game files...'
If that doesn't help, please install vcredist packages directly from the Microsoft page:
  1. Go to the Microsoft official download page here.[support.microsoft.com]
  2. Install packages for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, and 2019. You will need to install two files: x86 and x64.
  3. Reboot your PC and retest the game.

Bonjour,

Je suis navrée, j'ai fait les trois, j'ai vérifié les fichiers du jeux, j'ai installé la GTX 1050 card et j'ai aussi téléchargé les deux fichiers de Microsoft Page et cela ne fonctionne toujours pas : j'ai encore le code d'erreur 51... Je ne sais pas quoi faire...

Hello Ellipse,

Thank you for getting back to us and for trying those steps.

Can you please uninstall steam from your computer completely and then reinstall it? When we refresh Steam files, we are not deleting your downloaded games. Your Steam user data will also be preserved. Only the bad files or outdated ones will get replaced by the application itself.

If the problem continues after this then please let us know.

Mec non seulement j'ai désinstallé Steam, et donc je dois réinstaller tous mes jeux, mais en plus de ça votre jeu ne fonctionne toujours pas. Je laisse tomber.

Unfortunately, the Error 51 message is a Steam error rather than the game error itself, so we won't be able to directly offer you instructions on how to fix this issue.
