First off I wanted to note that I'm a game developer myself and I understand how difficult bug testing and I empathise fully... but i lost some of my progress thanks to a soft-lock and wanted to share my bug findings
- there are times where dialogue is skipped by accidently pressing a button with no way of going back
- When placing an item for the first time you can end up having the instructions remain on the screen after you place the item and need to place another item to get out of it
- I had gotten the house plant and was spamming through menus to understand where it was, and suddenly the entire game locked up. The background animated, you could switch tabs but you couldn't exit or select any items. I turned off my game and lost all progress. I don't know what I did but I suspect it was when I clicked on the equipped axe.

[edit] I also got an achievement for having user created items in my house by spamming buttons
